No, we only sell parts on wolfcreeksawshop.com and on ebay under the name wolfcreeksawshop. If you see our name or parts for sale anywhere else its not real, and we have no connection to any other company or website. Also beware of fake parts for sale under quality name brands. For instance, you can buy “Caber” rings out of china, but they are fakes. We are a dealer for Caber and purchase them straight from their factory in Italy. If you want to be sure the parts you are buying are genuine, only buy from a trusted seller.

Wolf Creek Saw Shop accepts returns for up to 30 days with no restocking fee and we will provide a full refund. The returned parts must be in brand new, sellable condition including the manufacturers packaging. Items that have been installed (even partially) are not eligible for return. Items missing the manufacturers packaging, or that the manufacturers packaging shows signs of being opened, dirty, etc. are not eligible for return. We are very picky about what we sell, please don’t return a dirty or used item and expect to receive a refund. Please do not tape, stick anything to, or write on the item or the manufacturers packaging. The buyer is responsible to ship the return back to us. Our return address is:

We have tested most all the brands out there. We only carry the brands that are high quality and are built to last. Meteor is made in Italy, Hyway is made in Taiwan, and New West is made in Taiwan. We also carry many OEM parts that are made in various locations. We do not carry any of the cheap kits made in China, and we recommend you stay away from them. Our testing has shows extremely poor quality in all the piston/cylinder kits made in China. If you are trying to decide between Meteor, Hyway, and New West we don’t really have a preference because all these brands are great quality. Meteor is going to be the closest to OEM in the aftermarket world. Hyway specializes in boosting power and performance with big bore cylinders, larger ports than OEM, and pop up, high-compression pistons. We have several saws still running strong after 5 years and tons of hours with top ends from these brands.
Yes, we ship worldwide (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.), and you can pull up a shipping quote to your location on our checkout page. If you aren’t able to get a shipping quote then you may be located in a country that we need to get a custom shipping quote to. Please email us for a quote.
